Please attend BOTH Tryout Dates for your age bracket if possible.
TO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE BRING A PASSPORT-SIZED PICTURE AND
OFFICIAL COPY OF APPLICANT'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THE TRYOUT.
ALSO BRING SHIN GUARDS, A SOCCER BALL AND WATER.
The 2012-2013 registration/parental waiver form can be downloaded
from our web site by clicking here*.
If you'd like to try our new, on-line registration, do so by clicking here instead.
On the date of your tryout, please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled tryout time to allow time for sign in and registration!
Coaching assignments will be determined at the end of June, after the tryouts.
Please be aware that our Travel soccer programs
are one-year commitments.
If selected, you will be expected to play in both the fall 2012 and spring
2013 seasons.
* Please note that there is a problem between Adobe Reader and Internet Explorer 9 running under Microsoft Windows 7
such that IE 9 may refuse to download or even recognize PDF files.
If you find you cannot download the 2012-2013 registration form directly from the web, please do the following:
1) Right-click the "here" link above
2) Select the "Save target as..." menu option
3) Save the registration form to your hard drive
At this point you should be able to open the 2012-2013 registration form locally.
